Our Founder

Before I developed Silllk, I have always been enthusiastic about aromatherapy, impressed and intrigued by the power of it. As a hobby, I have been studying the benefits of essential oils for over 10 years. I believe that our skin and mind plays a very vital role in our life as it helps maintain our immune system and keeps us healthy.

I found that many products on the market actually contain lots of different ingredients that are not necessarily 100% natural, and could do a lot of damage to our skin. As a mother, this drew to my attention that many products I was purchasing for my children weren’t that beneficial and could be the reason for their irritated and sensitive skin. This is one of the reasons I started creating my own blends, as this way I would know exactly what I would be putting in them. Since then, I have been creating various blends, from fixing my children’s skin problems to also benefiting the rest of my family.

When I moved to London with my children to accompany them with their studies, I had a lot of spare time which led me to take up some courses related to formulation of aromatherapy and skincare with natural ingredients, this helped a lot in the process of creating our extensive product line of Atelier Aroma. The most important part in a blend is the balance between all the different essential oils, this reflects majorly in our life, with the balance between our mind, body and spirit, to achieve a blissful harmony.

With the support from my team and family, and especially from my daughter who had a lot of input in the designs for the bottles and packaging of these products, we have loved creating Atelier Aroma and we can’t wait for you to experience the beauty in our blends!
